I Just want to Feel Good!

If you are ready to try your own healing methods, be your own health investigator, and be willing to accept that it may take time, persistence and changing your lifestyle; What are you waiting for!?! Let's get you started on being your own healer!

If you are like most of us Americans, "I just want to feel gooders," have been seen by the western medical community with no avail but the option of prescription medicine.  I am not being negative, just factual, which has been driven by our "Awesome (sarcastic, of course)" Medical Insurance Companies and Big Pharma.  A gentle reminder that this is YOU taking the lead on your health and wellness, so most recommendations and treatments will be out of pocket expenses unless you have preventative health insurance.

Listed below are a few areas of detox that certainly cause a poor sense of health.  Read through the items to see where and when these avenues may increase your longevity and sense of vitality. Just Remember we live in a very latent environment of toxins and chemicals in which we cannot escape; hence an imperative daily detox lifestyle.

Candida Albicans

Candida, or candidiasis, is a fungus overgrowth in the body.   There are several, everyday scenarios that allow yeast to spiral out of control without realizing it.   Take this test to see where you are in the candida overgrowth stage, then start your Candida Cleanse Diet, combined with a few sessions of colon hygiene, and you are ready to become your own healer.

Heavy Metal Toxicity

Heavy metal poisoning is the accumulation of heavy metals, in toxic amounts, in the soft tissues of the body. Symptoms and physical findings associated with heavy metal poisoning vary according to the metal accumulated. Many of the heavy metals, such as zinc, copper, chromium, iron and manganese, are essential to body function in very small amounts. But, if these metals accumulate in the body in concentrations sufficient to cause poisoning, then serious damage may occur. The heavy metals most commonly associated with poisoning of humans are lead, mercury, arsenic and cadmium. Heavy metal poisoning may occur as a result of industrial exposure, air or water pollution, foods, medicines, improperly coated food containers, or the ingestion of lead-based paints.

Lymph Stagnation

The lymphatic system, our silent protector - we never see or feel it work until its backed up.  The opposite of blood which delivers oxygen & nutrients to the cells the lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste from the cells as well as dealing with infections. When a lymph system is working properly you would never know that your body is dealing with toxins and/or infections, but when it is not working well wastes accumulate and infections become chronic; i.e., depression, fatigue, and overall poor health.  Though you cannot see or feel your lymphatic system pumping throughout your body, you can feel when it is backed up resulting in swollen lymph nodes throughout your body; it’s quite the machine given that there is approximately 100,000 lymph nodes throughout your body and there is also approximately 5 1/2 gallons of lymph fluid inside you; what does that mean? It means that you have three times the amount of lymph fluid as you do blood.  Lymph nodes are found throughout the body in the groin, neck, arm pits and intestines. Inside the lymph nodes are special white blood cells called lymphocytes that produce antibodies. Antibodies attach to infectious microorganisms so that the rest of the immune system can recognize the infection and destroy it. Without antibodies are immune system would be blind and wouldn’t know what to attack.
